The French hotel group is merging three home rental companies into the “onefinestay” brand to boost its home-sharing market presence.

"Accor plans to merge all three businesses into one under the onefinestay brand and take full control of a business that will have access to over 10,000 luxury properties worldwide and offer hospitality and concierge services. Home sharing disruptors such as Airbnb, and online travel agents such as Expedia, have put a dent into the traditional hotel business and Accor is starting to fight back. The group aims to build on the onefinestay brand and grow home sharing, concierge services and other non-hotel revenue streams to 30% of total revenues within five years."
